Ormai è appurato che fare sport sia, insieme ad un’alimentazione sana ed equilibrata, uno dei modi per “vivere più a lungo” e più di 20 milioni di Italiani (Istat) seguono le normative dell’OMS (Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità) praticando attività fisica almeno 2-3 volte alla settimana. Che lo facciate per mantenervi in forma o perdere peso, poco cambia: fare sport e sudare fa bene, alle gambe e al resto del corpo.
